QUALIFICATIONS: A valid NYS driver license and experience working with school-age children.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Working in collaboration with the center manager or program supervisor, provide coordination, organization, and execution of all aspects of the program.
2. Create and execute a youth-appropriate, innovative curriculum.
3. Provide youth development for enrolled children.
4. Maintain student outcomes, and record program activities and participation in the program. Input progress into local and state databases.
5. Develop and maintain a resource directory for youth and human services available in Onondaga County.
6. Work with children in the community to teach them about environmental safety.
7. Transport teens and young adults participating in a summer work assistance program to and from their work locations using a van provided by the agency as directed.
8. Make pick-ups of items for the summer program as required.
