SCHEDULE: Schooldays 6:30am to 4:00pm.

STARTING PAY RATE:  19.03 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current New York State CDL class A or B (with S endorsement preferred), and experience transporting passengers and operating heavy vehicles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide safe transportation of enrolled preschool children via school bus between homes and classroom sites.
• Supervise bus monitors while on bus.
• Assist with operations at classroom site as needed between bus runs. School days 6:30am to 4:00pm, 44 weeks per year.
• Wash and clean bus once per week.
• Perform bus evacuation drills three times per year, as required by Head Start regulations.
