POSITION SUMMARY:  We are seeking a motivated IT professional to support the day-to-day operation, security, and administration of our technology environment and processes. This is a front-facing position requiring strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. The role offers the opportunity to work across systems administration, cybersecurity, cloud services, end-user support, vendor management, and technology operations while providing critical support to daily operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Two- or four-year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.Two to four years of hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, help desk operations, or related roles.Relevant certifications very helpful such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, Cisco, or equivalent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Administer, maintain, and support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other cloud-based applications.

2.Monitor network infrastructure for security threats and vulnerabilities.

3.Administer and monitor endpoint protection solutions.

4.Monitor backup and disaster recovery processes and ensure recoverability.

5.Monitor and manage internet content and related controls.

6.Manage and support help desk operations and end-user requests including customer service, issue resolution, and work-order management.

7.Support IT asset management and inventory control processes.

8.Assist with support and administration of phone systems, including VoIP platforms.

9.Assist IT Director with project planning and implementation, vendor and contract management, and technology licensing.
