STARTING PAY RANGE: $19.22 to $21.52 per hour, depending on qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
2-year degree in Social Work, Human Services or other related field, or a Family Development Credential, or equivalent formal education or training.
Experience working with low-income families.
Knowledge of agencies and services available to address the needs of families in Onondaga County.
A valid New York State driver license and reliable transportation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide crisis-intervention or counseling services as needed to assigned families of enrolled preschool children. Refer families to other services as needed.
Help families to set goals, and implement Family Partnership Agreements.
Conduct at least three home visits per year for each family on the caseload.
