Mandy King joined PEACE, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources is 2022. With 15 years of human resources experience and over two decades in management positions, she leads the department in recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits, compliance and employee relations. Possessing a bachelor's degree from SUNY Oswego, and a master's degree from Syracuse University, Mandy has worked the entirety of her professional career in education and non-profit settings.

HR Recruiter Jamie Colucci has worked at PEACE, Inc. for nearly 25 years, witnessing tremendous growth and change at the Agency during his long tenure. Jamie possesses his master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from the prestigious School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University and bachelor's degree from the University of Rochester. With more than three decades of experience in various aspects of HR, Jamie is a valuable resource to both applicants and employees across the organization. 

Gerri Regan has worked in several different roles at PEACE, Inc. since joining the Agency in 2014. Initially starting in our Foster Grandparent Program, Gerri joined the HR department in 2022. After working as an HR generalist assigned to special projects, Gerri was tapped to serve as the Agency's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Coordinator and is now spearheading DEI initiatives across the organization. Gerri possesses a bachelor's degree from SUNY Empire State College and enjoyed a successful career in the corporate world prior to joining the PEACE, Inc. family.
